JSC is diligently following the protocols issued by the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and doing our part to protect our employees, customers, and communities during these uncertain times. We are committed to our valued partners and want to share with you what we are doing in response to this unprecedented Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. Below is important information that outlines how we can continue working together through this unique time.
- Effective Wednesday, March 18th, the counter at our Bakersfield Corporate Office will be closed to walk-in customers.
- Orders will continue to be taken over the phone and via email by our Bakersfield corporate office.
- Our Delano location will remain open. A limit of 5 customers will be allowed to enter the store at any given time. We ask for your patience and cooperation as we all adjust to this new protocol. Normal hours for this location will remain in place. M-F 6:30am-4:30pm, Sat 6:30am-1pm. Phone: 661-720-9725.
- Orders will continue to be fulfilled. Production and deliveries will also continue to operate as scheduled until further notice. Additionally, Will-call will remain open.
In an effort to prevent the spread of the Coronavirus (COVID-19), JSC is taking preventative measures as recommended by the CDC. All locations are fully stocked with hand sanitizer, sanitizing wipes, and disinfecting supplies. Our team is regularly disinfecting surfaces and paying close attention to locations within the buildings where traffic is heaviest. In addition, our employees have been educated on the importance of proper hand washing, regular disinfecting, and social distancing. We are strongly encouraging all members of our team to stay home if they are not feeling well.
We are eliminating all face to face contact with vendors and suppliers. Our employees are also refraining from unnecessary work travel. Internally, meetings will only be conducted via electronic means. A majority of our office personnel will work remotely until further notice.
We understand that this time is unsettling. Our focus is on building unity among our supply chain, internal team, and customers. We will get through this with the support of one another. As the situation evolves, we will continue to send communication regarding our operations. Take care and stay safe.
